According to the report of the public relations of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), Ali Forouzandeh said that the foreign companies participating in the exhibition are from Russia, China, Belarus, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, India, UAE, Oman, and Turkey.
He said that the number of foreign companies attending the event has grown 100% compared to figures reported in the previous edition of the exhibition that was held last year.
Speaking in a press conference, he added some 1,500 domestic companies are also taking part in the upcoming exhibition.
Forouzandeh said that Iran Oil Show is the biggest oil exhibition in the Middle East and one of the biggest petroleum events in the world.
Tehran"s Permanent International Fairground is scheduled to host the biggest oil exhibition in the Middle East on May 17-20.
