Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, visited the 29th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition, also known as Iran Oil Show 2025, on Thursday, May 8.
The managing director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), in a meeting with the head of the Russian Oil and Gas Industry Association on the sidelines of the 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining & Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show 2025), highlighted the capabilities of Iranian experts in the oil and gas sector and stressed the importance of increased engagement with Russian partners, calling for expanded bilateral cooperation.
The Managing director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) Saeid Tavakoli announced new measures by the company to facilitate international contracts, attract investment and develop gas relations with neighboring countries. He said gas cooperation between Iran and Turkmenistan will pave the way for regional gas trade.
Iran is working to create new markets in an effort to increase its share in international energy trade, Mohsen Paknejad said.
The 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining & Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show 2025) was officially inaugurated by Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad, who unveiled the event’s official logo.
